Ring sawing (Petrol):

These saws are used after the hand saw to depth of 260mm and are extremely useful for cutting door openings or where concrete or brick is thicker than 150mm.

Hydraulic Sawing:

This unit and saw is used for confined space areas or indoors where no petrol fumes are allowed.  ACCD operates an electric and hydraulic 3 phase power pack to run these units and enables us to cut to depths of 260mm in reinforced concrete or brick etc.

Wire Sawing:

Diamond wire saws are more efficient than circular saws, able to cut concrete of almost any thickness. This makes them very useful for the kind of heavy demolition found in bridges, dams and thick concrete structures. In addition, they create little dust, noise and vibration, making them ideal for demolition work within inhabited structures.

Diamond Grinding & Polished Concrete:

We have smaller machines for domestic work, as well as larger machines designed for large polished concrete & floor preparation jobs.

Joint Sealing:

Joint sealing is done to prevent the entry of surface water below the concrete slabs, as water infiltration will dramatically shorten the durability of concrete.  If utilised early enough joint sealing can defer and even eliminate the need for more expensive maintenance.
